Getting there from OGG

Leaving the airport, turn left onto Hana Highway. Follow Hana Highway for ~6 miles, through the light for Haleakala Highway, towards Paia/Hana. Continue through the traffic light in Paia (the only one — at Baldwin Avenue and Hana Hwy). About 0.2 miles on the right is Kupono Street (third right after the traffic light). 30 Kupono is the fifth house on the right, next door to the yellow house. White mailbox marked 30. Tsunami note Paia is in a tsunami zone. If you feel earth shaking or hear sustained sirens, head to higher ground. Evacuation route: up Baldwin Ave (left on Hana Hwy from the house, then left at the stoplight). The siren system is tested the first weekday of each month at 11:45 AM for ~1 minute — that's a normal test.
